The buff reality star flexed his pecs and felt the burn during a gruelling workout with personal trainer and former Blazin' Squad singer Kenzie.

Feel the burn: TOWIE star works out topless, displaying an impressive set of abs and toned biceps

Back to the day job! Tulisa shows how she earned her X Factor stripes in leopard spotted dress at V Festival with N-Dubz

By Jody Thompson

On the prowl: new X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos was back singing with N-Dubz yesterday at the Chelmsford leg of the V Festival

She proved herself when she made her debut as a judge on the X Factor at the weekend - and Tulisa Contostavlos showed how she earned her place on the panel with two storming sets at V Festival at the weekend.

The 23-year-old N-Dubz frontwoman wowed the crowds at both Staffordshire and Chelmsford legs of the festival, but it her grrreat leopard print mini dress last night in Essex that had her fans purring.

She impressed on the television on Saturday night when she joined fellow new judges Gary Barlow and Kelly Rowland for the first set of the X Factor auditions - particularly when verbally slapping down loser George Gerasimou, 19.

Feline fine: Wearing a tight leopard print dress, Tulisa worked the festival crowds like a pro

After he stumbled through a dreadful song and being asked to stop, he then abused Tulisa, storming: 'You’re some scumbag trying to replace Cheryl. Some scumbag from the block.'

But tiger Tulisa stood her ground, and slapping the desk, hit back with: 'You’re here to be judged, and you know what you’ve just done? You’ve embarrassed yourself to the entire nation. I worked myself up from Camden Town and that’s why I’m here today.'

Tulisa later confessed that she was tempted to deck the insulting contestant, saying: 'Well, if it was 10 years ago I would have, but I'm an X Factor judge now and I'm not allowed to do things like that.'

On song: Tulisa beamed at one point - showing off her new teeth - at the crowd reaction

Instead, the N-Dubz singer hit back with: 'I don't think your attitude has changed at all. You came and stood right next to me, and I felt a lot of aggression off you. You're very angry. It's not a good vibe.'

Meanwhile, it was revealed last night that launch of the new series of the X Factor was watched by a peak audience of 12.6 million on Saturday night - matching the record for the highest viewing figures for the opening night.

ITV said the peak number was a combination of people watching on ITV1 and ITV1 +1, and 12 million tuned in to the 8pm ITV1 showing.

She got the call: Simon Cowell will be very pleased with himself at getting Tulisa onboard after some great X Factor viewing figures

At its peak, more than half (51%) of those watching television were tuned in to the talent contest, the broadcaster said.

An average audience of 11 million watched the new panel of judges, Gary Barlow, Tulisa Contostavlos, Kelly Rowland and Louis Walsh launch series eight of the show, which was a 47% share of the audience.

A peak audience of 1.6 million (7.2% share) watched The Xtra Factor on ITV2. There was an average audience of 1.5 million across the show.

The star-studded V Festival meanwhile wrapped up last night with Rihanna and Eminem headlining the Chelmsford site.

First look at beaming bride Kim Kardashian just moments before she exchanges vows with Kris Humphries

By Daily Mail Reporter

Beaming and beautiful, bride Kim Kardashian looked a picture of happiness as she prepared to exchange vows with fiance Kris Humphries.

In a sneak peek of the couple's wedding, which took place on Saturday at a private home in Montecito, California, the 30-year-old reality star could be seen gazing up at her husband as they stood hand in hand.

E! Entertainment let fans of the show have a brief glimpse of the wedding last night. The full ceremony will air on the network in early October.

Scroll down for video...

The big moment: Beautiful bride Kim Kardashian was a picture of happiness as she prepared to exchange vows with fiance Kris Humphries

It's time! The sneak peek of the couple's wedding showed the pair laughing with one another before the ceremony began

Kim looked stunning in her ivory custom-designed strapless Vera Wang gown. The dress had a full tulle skirt, a basque waist and Chantilly lace decorated the bodice and long train.

She wore her veil off her face, held back with a jewelled headpiece containing diamonds 'drops' over her forehead.

Her make-up while striking, was a pared-down look for the reality star, and she wore her hair in a simple up-do.

Excited: Kim flashed her famous grin to her guests as she walked down the seemingly endless white and black carpeted aisle to classical music, while on the arm of her stepfather, Bruce Jenner

Beautiful: Co-maids of honour Kourtney (left), 32, and Khloe, 27, are also seen in their cream, strapless gowns with their brunette tresses down in loose waves

Kim flashes her famous grin to her guests as she walks down the seemingly endless white and black carpeted aisle, all whilst on the arm of her step father, Bruce Jenner.

As she finally makes it down to Kris, who is equally dapper dressed in a cream peak lapel tuxedo jacket, black tuxedo pants with white shirt and white bow tie by Ermenegildo Zegna, the couple can't stop smiling at one another.

They then proceed to look around with amazement at their 450-strong guestlist before the ceremony gets underway.

Getting ready: Kim sits in her robe as a make-up artist prepares her for walking down the aisle

Preening: As Kim gets ready for their big day, Kris Humphries also spruces himself up with the help of his male buddies

And it appears that Kim looked to the biggest wedding of the year - William and Kate's - for inspiration for her bridal party.

Co-maids of honour Kourtney, 32, and Khloe, 27, are also seen in the clip in their cream strapless gowns with their brunette tresses down in loose waves.

Kim's mother Kris Jenner also takes a moment before the ceremony to pose with her two daughters and Kim's half sisters and bridesmaids, Kylie, 15, and Kendall, 14.

Kris, 55, also wore a Vera Wang-designed dress; a strapless white gown with an over-the-top bow across the bodice, while the two teenagers wear matching strapless dresses with fishtail hems.

And while Kim and the wedding party can only be described as flawless, it appears that it was little Mason who nearly steals the show, with the toddler walking down the aisle in a miniature cream tuxedo.

At first he was held by his mother Kourtney who herself had a near-fall as she walked down the aisle holding her son, who played ring bearer in the ceremony.

And while she steadied herself, though, little Mason, 21 months, zoomed down the aisle ahead of her.

Lucky man: Kris look like the cat that got the cream as he waits for his bride

Living her life in the spotlight, it was of course only moments before the message 'We are officially married!' was posted on her Celebuzz site.

The Humphries family's pastor, Joel Johnson, officiated the traditional Christian service while Kim's stepfather Bruce Jenner walked her down the aisle.

Among the guests at the wedding, Eva Longoria, who was there with her partner Eduardo Cruz, was spotted seated in the crowd, adhering to the black and white theme in monochrome black.

Guest and E! News reporter Ken Baker, who was among guests at the lavish affair, said that Kim received a round of applause as soon as she stepped onto the grandiose aisle, but the reality star made sure to keep her cool.

'When Kim walked into the courtyard and people saw her, they started playing the music - she was with Bruce and they saw her in the dress, people started to applaud... it was so dramatic, she looked flawless,' he said.

'Kim was very low-key, she seemed really mellow and she sort of set the tone for the whole night... It was a very mellow night, Kris is a very mellow guy and it felt very intimate.'

He revealed that the whole 30-minute ceremony, which started at approximately 6.30pm, was flawless and had personal touches.

'It was well planned, well executed and everything went really smoothly,' he said.

Star-studded: Among the guests at the wedding, Eva Longoria is spotted in the crowd, adhering to the black and white theme in monochrome black

'The ceremony ended up being only half an hour, but it went pretty quickly. The pastor was excellent. He has known Kris Humphries since he was a teenager, so he had a real personal interest in Kris and had some interesting stories.'

The pastor also reportedly warned the couple that marriage isn't always a bed of roses.

'He was also speaking very candidly to the couple, saying "Look you can go from being really happy and blissful to having a mediocre marriage, if you don't work on it."' Baker revealed.

The ceremony was watched not only by the couple's families, but also celebrity guests including Ryan Seacrest, Lindsay Lohan, Eva Longoria, Mel B, Venus and Serena Williams, Avril Lavigne and Demi Lovato.

A long way down: The black and white carpeted aisle was endless on the grounds of the Montecito estate

Kim exchanged weddings rings with Kris designed by her good friend Lorraine Schwartz, who also designed her stunning engagement ring.

Following the ceremony, the action moved to a separate tent with the bride changing into a second Vera Wang mermaid gown with more Chantilly lace on the bodice and hand-cut organza petals on the skirt, with the reality star expected to change into a third creation.

Soul singer Robin Thicke introduced 'Mr and Mrs Humphries' and sang his song Angels for the couple's first dance as husband and wife, then Let's Stay Together.

Following the ceremony, bridal designer Vera Wang Tweeted: 'Wow! @KimKardashian What a joyous, beautiful, magical night! Wishing you and Kris all the blessings in the world xx Vera.

Adorable: Little Mason nearly stole the show, with the adorable 21-month-old toddler making his way down the aisle in a miniature cream tuxedo

But it wasn't all plain sailing at the reception as the festivities caused neighbours to complain about the party, which saw fire marshals called to the party to quieten things down.

However while the officals advised the party to wrap up at 12am many revelers partied away until 2am.

According to wedding guests, Humphries whispered to his groomsmen, included his new brothers-in-law Rob Kardashian and Lamar Odom, 'I'm nervous' as he arrived at the alter, E! reports.

The order of service also included an emotional tribute to Kris Humphries' late grandparents and Kim's late father Robert Kardashian.

Kim wrote: 'I so wish my dad could be here today to walk me down the aisle. But I know in a way he is here, and I feel his loving presence all around me. I love and miss you, dad.'

The wedding breakfast was made by celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck with a starter of buffalo mozzarella and tomato salad, and a choice of hand-formed agnolotti with sweet corn mascarpone and summer truffles, or roast chicken with Yukon Gold potato puree, caramelized brussels sprouts and summer truffles for the main course.

Guests at the wedding were treated to high security measures including metal detectors and having their phones and cameras taken away.

Several celebrities were spotted arriving at the venue, with Mel B and her husband Stephen Belafonte sticking to the black and white dress code, with the former Spice Girl looking pretty in a white strappy dress.

Lavish: The wedding could only be described as grand

Later Mel was spotted sharing a joke with Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina in the back of the car, with a sleepy looking Lindsay sitting in the front as they left the nuptials.

Talk show host George Lopez arrived in a black suit, shirt and tie, with actor-turned-showbiz presenter Mario Lopez also looking smart.

The groom also found time to tweet his excitement mere moments before arriving at the alter.

Celebrity guests: Kim's step-brother Brody Jenner and his girlfriend Avril Lavigne were matching in head-to-toe black

Minutes before the 6.30pm sunset ceremony, Kris Humphries wrote on his Twitter page: 'This is it!'

The bride and groom have enjoyed spectacular weather for their big day, with the sun setting over a cloudless sky as they said their 'I Do's'.

Guests began arriving at the wedding venue 90 minutes before the ceremony in blacked-out shuttle buses.

The wedding comes as a big pay day for Kim. U.S. magazine People has bought the rights for the exclusive photographs for a cool $1.5million.

Designated driver: R&B singer Ciara drove herself to the ceremony

Peekaboo: Kim's former Dancing with the Stars partner Mark Ballas, who is rumoured to have choreographed the couple's first dance - arrived with Cheryl Burke

Add to that her fee for the television footage, which will be aired by the E! network in a two-part special.

Plus, she has already pocketed $300,000 for the engagement announcement back in May and another $100,000 from OK! magazine for the bridal shower photos.

Just hours before saying her 'I dos', Kim tweeted her fans, telling them: 'Anxious, excited, emotional 3words 2describe what Im feeling right now @KimKardashian I LOVE U tomorrow will b MAGICAL.'

She also posted a message on her official website: 'Today is the day! I can’t believe it’s finally here! Thank you so much to everyone who made this day happen!!!!!'

Kim's wedding will be aired in full on the E! network two-part special on October 9th and 10th.

Fix Factor claims: Was Kitty Brucknell hand-picked by X Factor producers before the show started?

By Ben Todd and Liz Thomas

-Peak audience of 12.6million tune in to Saturday night's opening show

-Simon Cowell 'thrilled' with viewing figures and new judging panel

Scroll down for video

Put through: Kitty Brucknell on Saturday's show. She was one of the successes of the programme but reports suggest she was targeted by the show's producers

Television executives have been accused of targeting a professional singer to encourage her to enter The X Factor after spotting her in an internet video.

Kitty Brucknell was one of the successes of Saturday evening’s first programme of the series, with her performance of Lady Gaga’s Edge Of Glory. She has now been put through to the next stage.

Nevertheless, there have been suggestions Miss Brucknell – a professional impersonator of both Lady Gaga and Britney Spears – was ‘headhunted’ by producers, adding to claims the show is more stage-managed than it would like viewers to believe.

Previous series of the show have been dogged by claims of ‘The Fix Factor’, with allegations that executives manipulate the process to keep their favoured acts in to generate controversy and ratings, rather than those the public like.

It was claimed the TV executives had targeted Miss Brucknell, from Cheltenham, after seeing her singing in an internet video. Indeed, her mother Mary said: ‘She’d never thought about going on the show before.’

However, last night X Factor bosses insisted this was not the case. They claimed Miss Brucknell, 26, applied for the show via YouTube, a method which has been allowed for this series.

She's got legs: Contestant Kitty Brucknell impressed with her acapella version of Lady Gaga's Edge Of Glory

Quirky: Tulisa rightly pointed out that Kitty may be a bit of a 'Marmite' contestant

A TV source added: ‘Kitty seems to be making out to people she was approached, when she actually entered. She seems to be saying it just to make her look good.’

A Sunday newspaper yesterday claimed that Miss Brucknell is suffering under the pressure.

After her performance in front of 5,000 people at Wembley Arena, she was reportedly overheard sobbing: ‘This is the worst day of my life. The public are going to hate me.’

Despite the fixing claims, however, a peak audience of 12.6million tuned in to Saturday night's opening show, the same number as last year's programme.

Meet the panel: Louis Walsh, Kelly Rowland, Tulisa Constostavlos and Gary Barlow prepare to take a long, hard look at the contestants

Mr Nasty? Gary Barlow shares a joke with fellow judge Kelly Rowland

Former judge Simon Cowell, who is still heavily involved in the series, said he was 'thrilled' with the numbers.

He is quoted as telling The Sun: 'I'm thrilled with the numbers. The new judging team are doing a brilliant job and the show feels even better this year.

'With me not there, it has taken the age down considerably.

'We have four individuals being themselves. It is the public who will decide, but I am very pleased with the start. I want it to be ever more successful - but there is a side of me that wants to be missed.'

But the return of the show is proving as controversial as ever after it was filled with sleaze before the 9pm watershed.

The opening show saw one teenager boast of his sexual antics before baring his tattooed bottom, while another verbally abused the judging panel after apparently being wound up deliberately.

The good, the bad...: While Janet Devlin (left) won over the judges George Gerasimou offended them

The more controversial acts came despite executives being warned by the TV watchdog that overtly sexual or sleazy performances needed to be toned down following a deluge of complaints from viewers last year.

Ofcom ruled in April the final was ‘at the limit’ of acceptability for broadcast before 9pm for a family audience. They then held urgent talks with producers before Saturday’s opener to ensure there was no repeat. However, it appears they have paid little attention.

Despite the controversy, X Factor creator Simon Cowell yesterday declared himself thrilled with the new series. There had been fears there would be a ratings slump following his exit, along with those of two of his fellow judges, Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue.

However, the peak viewing figure was the same as last year’s while the average viewing figure was 11million – down 300,000 on last year. Cowell – now concentrating on launching a U.S. version of The X Factor – said: ‘I am thrilled with the numbers. The new judging team are doing a brilliant job and I think the show feels even better this year.’

The night was stolen by a shy 16-year-old girl from Northern Ireland who had never felt confident enough to perform publicly, before proving she had the voice of an angel. Janet Devlin, from Gortin, Omagh – who performed Elton John’s Your Song – admitted: ‘I’ve spent a lot of time by myself in my room, reading, writing and singing since I was seven.

‘It’s a lot easier to sing in the house than out in front of an audience.’

However, she proved a hit with all four judges: Louis Walsh, Destiny’s Child singer Kelly Rowland, Take That’s Gary Barlow and N-Dubz singer Tulisa Contostavlos, the three new additions to the panel.

Janet also appears to have become an internet sensation, with thousands watching video clips of her songs on the YouTube website.

Yesterday, recalling her audition, she said: ‘My nerves totally took over, they totally absorbed me. Speaking to the judges was more scary than singing for them.’

The first episode was marred by a vitriolic attack on Miss Contostavlos by foul-mouthed contestant George Gerasimou, who branded her a ‘dog’ and a ‘scumbag’ after the judges said he could not sing and had a poor attitude.

Afterwards, the tattoo-covered 19-year-old from North London – who had auditioned in a previous series, launching an abusive tirade after being rejected – accused producers of purposely antagonising him to get ratings.

He said: ‘I feel 100 per cent the producers and judges wound me up to make better TV.

‘I feel like they taunted me when I was on the stage to get ratings up because they knew how I would react.’

Stage fright: Hong Kong born contestant Goldie Cheung was almost sick before she took to the stage for her audition

Quick recovery: However, she soon composed herself and gave an erm, energetic performance of a song no-one recognised

White hot Lindsay Lohan nearly steals the show in plunging dress at Kim Kardashian's star-studded wedding

White hot: Lindsay Lohan succeeded in nearly upstaging bride Kim Kardashian as she attended her friend's wedding over the weekend looking stunning in a plunging white dress

Since her house arrest ended last month after 35 days, Lindsay Lohan has certainly been making the most of her freedom, pictured at various Hollywood nightclubs in recent weeks.

But the 25-year-old star opted for one of the biggest events of the year, namely Kim Kardashian's wedding, to make her official red-carpet comeback onto the Los Angeles social scene.

And while Lohan was competing for attention against stars including the bride herself, as well as celebrity guests including Eva Longoria and Demi Lovato, the actress ensured she stole the show by wearing a plunging white dress for the occasion.

They could be sisters! Lindsay poses up with mother Dina, also a close friend of the Kardashian family

Lohan teamed the Temperley gown, which Pippa Middleton first wore the evening of Prince William's marriage to her sister Kate, with a chic up 'do, sky-high heels and diamond jewellery.

The Mean Girls star, who had attended Kim's bridal shower earlier this month, was accompanied by her mother Dina and sister Ali - who are all close family friends of the Kardashians.

But while Lohan succeeded in looking stylish and elegant at the start of the evening, it was a different story when it was time for guests to leave following the nuptials.

Preparations: Lindsay gets her hair and make-up done in preparation for Kim's big moment

The actress, whose platinum blonde hair complemented her white dress, looked incredibly tired and struggled to keep her eyes open as she was driven home in her chauffeur-driven vehicle at the end of the evening.

Alongside her new-found party pals, former Spice Girls star Mel B and her husband Stephen Belafonte, Lohan closed her eyes and tried to block out the noise from the back of the car, where Mel was sitting with Dina and Ali.

Lohan had earlier tweeted: 'Getting my "hair did" for my friends big wedding today, can't wait.

Partied out: Lindsay Lohan looks tired as Mel B and her mother Dina share a joke in the back of the car last night, while leaving Kim Kardashian's wedding

'I know i'm gonna cry of happiness for her, yippee!!'

She had arrived for the nuptials in Santa Barbara, California, in the early hours of Saturday morning after waiting for her mother to arrive on a flight from New York City.

Meanwhile, Kim's younger sister Khloe Kardashian looked to have changed into a more low key outfit as she left the celebrations.

Low key: Khloe Kardashian and half sister Kendall Jenner looked to have changed into more comfortable clothes as they left the party

A great time: Demi Lovato looked relaxed and happy as she drove away from the reception and wedding party last night

Khloe chatted on the phone as she sat in the back seat of the car, with her half sister Kendall Jenner wearing a white hooded top in the front seat.

Demi Lovato drove herself away from the party, looking relaxed and happy in a black coat.

She joined hundreds of guests including Ryan Seacrest, Eva Longoria, Venus and Serena Williams and Avril Lavigne and Demi Lovato to party the night away in the Montecito reception.

It's all over: Mario Lopez and his partner Courtney Laine Mazza leave the party, which Mario later tweeted as 'unbelievable'

When asked by a fan how the wedding was, Seacrest responded on his Twitter page:

'Beautiful..Kim looked regal, a perfect night.I just danced w the whole family.'

However E! Online reports that authorities starting receiving complaints about the noise, which led the city fire marshal to pull the plug on the festivities shortly after midnight.

But, according to the website, a small group of family and friends stayed to continue the celebration, although most had left by 1.30am.

Abs-olutely fake: Darryn Lyons stuns CBB housemate with his phoney washboard stomach

Aussie paparazzo admits to having contouring surgery that gives him a look the rest of his muscles can't match

By Daily Mail Reporter

Muscle Mary: Darren Lyons shows off his fake abs after having surgery to create the contour lines

It seems Amy Childs and Tara Reid aren't the only surgically-enhanced celebrities in the CBB house.

Australian paparazzo Darryn Lyons had an appointment on the doctor's table to create a set of abs.

Instead of sweating it out at the gym, the 46-year-old underwent the makeover procedure known as 'contouring', a procedure to give the illusion of a washboard stomach.

The pink-haired housemate bonded with co-star Paddy Doherty, 52, baring his topless body in the bedroom and telling him about the transformation.

His unusual torso had a superhero look to it, quiet obviously superficial as if he was wearing padding.

The star of My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding, who actually walked off the set of the latest series to appear on the Channel 5 reality show, seemed more interested in his wife out in the real world.

He was granted a call from Roseanne for their 34th wedding anniversary and despite the bravado of calling her 'woman', actually referred to her as 'my baby' on the phone.

Who needs a gym? Darryn tells housemate Paddy about going under the knife to create fake abs

As one of the eldest in the group, Darryn is shaping up to be something of a confidante.

Coronation Street star Lucien Laviscount told him that he fancies Amy, confessing: 'I think she’s an amazing girl and I just can’t stop thinking about her.'

In 1992, Darryn founded picture agency Big Pictures, later gaining notoriety for selling a photograph of David Beckham and Rebecca Loos to News of the World.

Slimmer: Darryn carried less weight than nowadays, as he's pictured here at the Kodak Press Awards in 1992

Demi Lovato only turned 19 today, so what was the underage singer doing on a 2 am beer run?

The recently rehabbed starlet was photographed at a Los Angeles 7-11 just before 2am this morning where the mystery man she arrived with purchased a 12-pack of Miller Lite beer.

'Demi and her friend made sure to get in there right before the alcohol cut-off time,' a source tells the MailOnline.

'He paid, but they were definitely together. They got into the same car and he drove to Demi's house with the beer for an afterparty.'
