Ron Paul is one representative Presidential candidate from Texas to the United States. The city of Dubuque is the first destination Paul in making his first speech at the lunch hour presidential campaign and aims to explain how government whistleblowers should be better and a free use of either gold or currency of silver in the daily. In the sidelines of the speech held at the stone Cliff Winery, Ron Paul sounds a whistle and rumbling mass of warm applause. Arrival period more than expected by organizers.
